Album of the week: Various Artists "Hope For Haiti Now"

It`s great to see that all these big music stars spontaneously came together last weekend to be part of “Hope For Haiti Now”. Music brings us all together and over 58 million dollars came together during this special event George Clooney has launched. But Haiti still needs more, so if you haven`t made a donation yet, this is a perfect opportunity. When you buy this album with 20 excellent and outstanding songs, you receive a great collection of music and do something good for the people of Haiti.

Among the superstars who participated were Alicia Keys, Madonna, Coldplay, Shakira, Beyonce, Mary J.Blige, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, Sheryl Crow with Kid Rock and Keith Urban, Dave Matthews with Neil Young, Wyclef Jean. They were all doing great, but the highlights were Christina Aguilera singing “Lift Me Up”, Beyonce with Chris Martin on piano, singing “Halo”, Jennifer Hudson singing “Let It Be”, Justin Timberlake singing “Hallelujah” with Charlie Sexton and Jay-Z with Rihanna, Bono and The Edge performing the new song “Stranded (Haiti Mon Amour)”.
